Project Manager. Location: Chinnor/Oxford Science Park. We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager. This Project Manager position is crucial to our business growth plan and you should love the idea of being in charge of challenging projects, overviewing all the allocated resources in respect of hardware, software, quality, supply chain, logistics and manufacturing areas. You will have full accountability for project planning, execution, control and close out phases. Typical Duties; Preparing and presenting compelling technical pitches with regard to new and ongoing projects to a diverse range of audiences and cultures. Negotiating specifications and management of new project implementations. Using planning and tracking tools such as MS Project and Jira to develop project plans with relevant teams. Managing major subcontracts and material procurement to ensure successful delivery of projects. Developing and maintaining an appropriate risk management plan. Project controlling and reporting, demonstrating cost schedule and performance against budget. Liaising with marketing and sales teams to develop a captivating product launch plan. We are looking for the following person; an experienced Project Manager who possess energy, enthusiasm and a flexible approach. You should be a strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills. Enjoy understanding customer requirements and turning them into solutions. Deliver solutions, on time and within budget. Are well organised and handle priorities accordingly. Easily deal with constant changes. Have a mechanical or electronic background. Have an understanding of how software functions. Have an understanding of product development. Have hands-on experience in project management / techniques. Necessary experience will include; Project Management standard (PMI and/or Prince2) Full literacy in MS Project as well as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Agile development approach. Desirable but not mandatory.
