What you'll be doing

We are currently looking for a Tech savvy Project Manager to join our Digital team and help grow our Technical Programme Office as we transform into a Digitally enabled organisation. This is a particularly exciting time to be joining us as we embark upon our challenging five year journey. As part of this we will be leveraging innovative technologies and introducing fully integrated cutting-edge digital solutions to ensure that we deliver maximum value for Consumers and our employees.

As our Technical Project Manager you will take ownership for the end to end delivery of various critical projects, collaborating with the business to understand priorities, and requirements, so that workstreams are planned effectively and are responsive to changing business needs. Working a wide range of teams, including our Sales, Finance, Marketing and technical teams in addition to external suppliers, you will use your exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Our Digital project portfolio is ambitious, and over the next six to twelve months we will be delivering an organisation wide Salesforce implementation along Zuora to manage our subscriptions. Both these projects have far reaching impact and as our Technical Project Manager you will help drive these forward with pace, quickly identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact upon the success of the roadmap.

As we evolve our newly established Programme Office we will expect you to contribute your expertise and ideas so that we are able to embed strong governance structures and promote new behaviours. Big on collaboration, and supportive to the end, we will in turn equip you with the tools you need so that you are able to excel in your role.

What we'll need from you

We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager that has a technical background and has delivered similar platform oriented projects previously ie. CRM, CMS. Naturally, if you have Salesforce experience then we would be really pleased to hear from you!

You will be a true self-starter that is happy to get stuck-in and see things through to the end. Stakeholder management, problem solving and an ability to bring structure to less-structured situations will be your bread and butter, and you will also have a sound understanding of Agile methodologies.

What we'll give you in return

We believe in getting the best out of people, and our newly refurbished modern working environment is relaxed and friendly (including fresh fruit, subsidised canteen, great facilities for cyclists and lunchtime runners, and one free healthy lunch and breakfast a week). There are excellent benefits including 28 days annual leave, private healthcare, and award winning pension scheme (and the usuals...flexible working, Cycle to Work, season ticket loan scheme, childcare vouchers, etc.) We even have a private section of Regent's park which is handy for hot summers and team building e
