Do you have experience of Line Management/leadership while working in a fast paced environment? Do you have a solid understanding of the software lifecycle?

We are looking for a Team Manager to lead a team of Project Managers to deliver a great colleague and customer experience. As part of this role you'll make sure the teams' capabilities are forecasted and skill gaps are removed by implementing effective and efficient training and knowledge, lead the continuous improvement journey in order to create a wholly engaged and motivated team, manage the day-to-day performance of the team and ensure team objectives are hit.
This is an ideal opportunity for somebody with excellent man-management skills who has come from a Project Management background and understands the pains and struggles of the software lifecycle!

As a Project Manager Team Manager, ideally you will have:
* Experience of managing a team of Project Managers
* Experience of working in a fast paced environment
* A solid appreciation of Technology Project Management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of Software Development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Prince2
