Your new role will be to implement a HR and finance back office system and will be initially for six month period.
This role requires a senior person to manage stakeholder relationships, chair meetings, coordinate system changes and adhoc queries.
? Coordinate the process definition/validation workshops and provide end user training
? Maintain central repository of business processes, process SME feedback and improvement proposals
? Understand as-is and to-be financial processes and provide change impact analysis
? Verify the gap register for changes. Map, track and implement solutions needed to bridge
? Produce process and procedure documentation, training content and test cases/scripts for functional testing
? Coordinate the management and communication of the transformation change process in accordance with company policy and procedures
? Work proactively with the Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) to lead in management of the implementation delivery for finance
? Define the scope and degree of data cleansing that will be required prior to transition of data to the new system
? Direct any other activities relating to the ERP programme
? Responsible for signing off milestone deliverables
