An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join an expanding company working in Aberdeen. This is a contract role that is due to run for 6 months minimum offering an immediate start. This role can be worked 50% at home if required.
Your new role
Your new role will involve being an integral part of the tender process of a new multi million pound civil engineering project. You will be tasked with reviewing the tender documents, making decisions on how the job is built and providing technical assistance to the procurement team. This role will be to be involved in the pre construction stage of a project and successful candidates need to have experience dealing with tenders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you must have previous experience managing rail projects. You must be from an engineering background and worked your way up to management level. You will be able to provide technical assistance to the procurement team by collating drawings and programmes and having a large influence in how the project will be built.
