Our client a rapidly growing Cloud / SAAS vendor in the ERP space currently seek a project manager to work through their partners on implementation of their products at customer sites.

Key requirements

- Project Management Experience 
- 3+ years Software Project Managment 
- Enterprise Software experience - Implementation / Upgrade projects 

Nice to have's

- Experience working with or through Channel / Alliance / Delivery Partners
- Specific ERP knowledge - Finance / Accounting, PSA, HCM etc
- Experience of Cloud / SAAS platforms 
- Understanding of SAAS Develiery model concepts around customer success and retention rates

The role 

- Oversee and support our growing partner ecosystem to ensure partner implementations are a success with a high customer satisfaction score and agreement to act as a reference.
- Work with all partners on partner led implementations as a billable resource to manage the project representing the best interests of the customer, us and the partner. 
- Be the single point of contact during implementation for the partner to ensure the project success. 
- Coordinate support, mitigate risk and escalate issues internally to resolve. 
- Perform quality assurance and delivery management activities from our perspective. 
- Monitor the partner activities and rate the competence for the Partner Certification Programme.M
- Work with the partner to strengthen adoption; identify opportunities to expand the footprint, and help with long term customer retention that starts during implementation. 
- Develop success plans for partner implementations that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, key dates and provide recommendations.
- Support partners to ensure that all customers derive maximum value from their investment in the product during their implementation phase.
- With partners closely monitor adoption rates of assigned accounts; provide keen insight into exactly how customers are using our service, the pros and cons, anything we and the partner can do to improve their ROI on the service.
- Support partners to drive Customer Satisfaction so 50% of customers are willing to be advocates  by their Project Go Live dates.
- Through coaching, team work with the the partner and strong influencing skills, minimise subscriber attrition and project delays. 
- Act as liaison between the partner, product management, support and the customer for instances where escalation of critical product issues is required.
- Develop a complete understanding of the product and working knowledge of complementary products and services.
- Work closely with partners and professional services to hand over new consulting opportunities and facilitate transitions into the Customer Success Team following new implementations.
- Support the partner to ensure a seamless experience for the customer during the hand off between sales through onboarding into consulting and finally Customer Success.
- Work collaborate with the partner, marketing and PR teams on building customer referenceability.
