We are currently looking for a Project Manager/ Account Manager to join our team on the MOJ contract in Leeds where you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of translation projects from start to finish to our clients, ensuring clear communication channels at all times to guarantee consistency in delivery of the projects to high profile clients.

You will be the first point of contact for clients on a daily basis and have the responsibility of managing and delivering translation projects within agreed time-scales and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your organisational skills will be second to none and you will have solid experience of working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage clients needs and expectations, responding as necessary
  • Establishes, maintains and develops client relationships
  • Manage clients needs and expectations, responding as necessary
  • Responsible for all aspects of the projects managed, including project planning, quality, scheduling, booking resources and provision of status reports (internal and/or to clients as required).
  • Responsible for managing own spend effectively in order to meet financial targets.
  • Provide accurate status reports

Key skills and experience required:

  • Account Coordination/management experience
  • Time management & prioritisation skills
  • The ability to manage tight deadlines/schedules
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
