Project Manager - Market Research

Our client, a global research agency are looking to recruit a Research Project Executive or Research Project Manager to join them in their London offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for Quant or Qual based Project Managers who are looking for their next step in their career and want to work with a wide variety of clients in a creative and busy environment. My cent would like someone from a fieldwork or full service agency ratehr than a panel company.

The Role:

As a Project Manager you will work alongside the researchers and assist them on a wide range of projects, helping them on key tasks and become an integral part of the team. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Review questionnaires and instruction materials / editing routing instructions
  • Check CATI / CAWI scripts
  • Sample formatting and preparation
  • Manage quota / interviewer settings through fieldwork
  • Build and review tab specs
  • Tab checking and review
  • Charting

About you

2 to 4 yrs experience in a market research environment

You will manage a small team of Project Managers also dedicated to delivering the program, and will take responsibility for ensuring that the team is both well-nurtured and supported as well as working efficiently and effectively to deliver high quality work, to time, at all stages of the project.

You'll be a resilient, organised and inspirational team leader who is also willing to muck in and get their hands dirty when required. You must be able to spot opportunities to streamline processes, be comfortable in developing and managing timelines, be a strong communicator, work well with operations teams (both locally and remotely), and be willing to be ultimately accountable for the quality of the work your team delivers.
