Some of the wealthiest people in the world live and work in London and want a property to match their personal taste and style. Our client helps them to turn their vision into a reality by offering a full turn key, development experience. They are a niche family office, Property Consultancy in South West London and are searching for a Project Manager who has experience or the desire to build, luxury residential developments on behalf of their High Net Worth Clients across London and the South East.

The Project Manager shall work alongside the lead Associates and Project Managers on multiple projects at any one time and be capable of managing budgets and time lines to ensure a smooth, professional service at all times. It is vital that all candidates are client facing, comfortable meeting with investors, clients and members of government when required.

Project Manager requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in property related degree or masters.

  • Capability of working independently when needed and managing small work loads

  • Strong understanding of program management.

  • An appreciation of budgets and writing programmes

  • An in-depth understanding of contract laws

  • Strong on site construction knowledge

  • Previous experience of luxury residential and hotel development

  • New build and refurbishment experience
