The project could be described as being in a start-up type mode as this is something new to the market, but is essentially a project that will share vital data across various work streams.
You will need personal skills such as being robust, very fast learning and agile in your approach to work. You will also need to be good at negotiating, great at problem solving and also crisis management. You'll be dealing with stakeholders who are adverse to this new change which will obviously bring its own difficulties, its also worth mentioning that you must be comfortable with working closely alongside GPS/Medical staff.
The project involves making a big push to get patient care out of hospitals and into the community. Which means building local network partnerships that provide more proactive and preventative care, underpinned by smart use of technology and data.This London borough is on the first wave. It's complicated and has to be safe.
NHS project managers who flourish in uncertain, disruptive and pragmatic territory such as this are few and far between. So the hiring manager is keen to explore AAA grade talent with digital / tech / media experience who are used to it.
