We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Project Manager - Level 1
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.
We are looking for managers who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.
Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.
We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hard working team environment.
As a project manager - level 1, you will
- Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion,
- Delivering work that meets project requirements,
- Customer satisfaction in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
Already experienced as a project manager - level 1, you will have worked on leisure facility projects and ideally experience of working on 2 part tender and NEC contract frameworks. You will be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline. You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors within a traditional construction project and you will have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
About the North East and Cumbria Team:
The North East and Cumbria team are currently delivering projects across Yorkshire and Cumbria. They include the iconic-design Oastler Building at Huddersfield University and projects to transform the BAE manufacturing site in Barrow.
