Up to £320 a day LONG TERM CONTRACT - Infrastructure and Highways experience needed

Hays have partnered with a global and prestigious construction firm. Working for their Highways and Infrastructure division, you will be a part of a well structured operations team and working with one of their top clients in the region.
Your new role
This role is a long-term Project Manager role, providing leadership within the Infrastructure and Highways division and managing projects through the planning, design and construction stages. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Project Management and ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and understood for each team member. You will be utilising ASTA power project (unless otherwise agreed) to update the project programme.This will be a Customer focused role as well as an operational role so it will involve a lot of professional qualities and quality decision making. This will be primarily office based with a requirement to travel to site.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a solid background in Infrastructure and Highways, this is essential. Any experience with public sector clients would be beneficial. You will need a strong background in Project Management, use of ASTA if possible. You will need to be an effective communicator, professional and customer facing. Locality to Oxfordshire would be preferential. Experience in Planning, Design and Construction stages is a must. A degree or equivalent in engineering, construction or project management (or any project management qualification) is required for this position.
What you'll get in return
You will be remunerated with a competitive day rate of up to £320 a day (LTD) or £255.81 a day (PAYE) and a long term contract that will be on going.
