Our leading UK Banking client have recently acquired a major credit card business. To successfully complete this integration a programme has been set up to manage all the 'People' impacts for circa 2000 colleagues.

They need HR Change professionals with the ability to lead across a number of areas of the work-stream with particular focus on the organisational design, people transition, target operating model and harmonisation activities with a specific knowledge of Performance Management processes.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Banking background
  • HR Professional with extensive SME knowledge of merger/acquisitions
  • Organisation design
  • Experience in TUPE legislation
  • HR Change implementation
  • Stakeholder management skills

Although contracts will be issued for an initial 6 months, the programme will run throughout 2018 - 2019
