The post holder will manage a multi-disciplinary capital programme and lead on the management of a Resident Liaison Officer and close liaison with contractors and consultants, in order to provide a high quality and responsive customer focused service, ensuring value for money for the organisation.
In order to be successful in this role, a candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Extensive project management experience in social housing with a track record of delivering projects within time, cost and quality thresholds
Knowledge of contract administration and the ability to manage financially complex contracts
Experience in performance management of contractors with a proven track record of improving performance and meeting KPI targets
Experience in managing major works within a mixed tenure environment
Knowledge and experience of leasehold statutory consultation
A track record of successful projects completed on time and to budget
