Project Manager- Facilities and Estates

Cheshire Constabulary is currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Operations Manager to support the Head of estates in the management of their extensive property portfolio.

This role requires an extensive background in Properties and Estates Project Management, with a particular emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with an organisation and with third parties.

The workload for this role will focus primarily on the appraisal of the Force properties, and that of its partner organisations. You will be liaising with the relevant stakeholders to establish the most suitable and cost effective course of action for existing facilities (e.g. refurbishment, rebuild or relocation). You will be collating and analysing the information and presenting a report that would recommend to the Commissioners office what would be the best solution.

This role can be full time or offered as 3 days per week.

The role is for 6 months initially, with room for development.
