Our client is a highly regarded and award winning national wealth management organisation. As part of its ongoing commitment to ensuring that the highest quality of advice is given to their high net worth client base, it is currently seeking to recruit a Development Consultant into its Cirencester office.
The role will focus on working closely with the financial adviser network to support the delivery of projects within specific timescales as set by the business. This will necessitate analysing and assessing systems, procedures and processes, developing solutions and providing training where required.
Successful applicants will have demonstrable experience of managing projects within a Financial Services environment. Those with relevant qualifications such as Prince2 or those holding the Diploma in Financial Planning will be viewed favourably. In addition, candidates should have strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills. Applicants will be comfortable holding training sessions and have the strength of character to deal with financial planners and other key stakeholders. Business carried out by the firm is largely focused on retirement/pension and investment/tax planning so it is vital that candidates have first-class technical skills in these areas.
