Our client are looking for two experienced Project Managers, one experienced in the management of CRM projects, the other in Web Related Projects.
As the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of IT projects ensuring that effective project, quality management, change control and risk management processes are maintained. You will monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.
To be successful within this role, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be a certified Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent (PMI, APMP) and a member of the APM or equivalent professional body. You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering medium to high complexity, strategic business change and IT projects with multiple work streams/tracks.
Interpersonal and motivational skills are very important as the jobholder communicates regularly, in both oral and written form, with Directors, senior managers, Company staff and representatives of supplier organisations. Tact and diplomacy are very important as the job holder can influence company efficiency and profitability by encouraging staff at all levels to adopt new systems and methods of working.
The jobholder will liaise with and conduct negotiations with third party suppliers.Excellent Communication & Client Facing skills.
