Our client is seeking a strong Project Manager to join its Portfolio Office team. This is an important role in which you will have the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of projects including new contract bids & mobilisations. The role is based in our clients corporate offices near Tower Bridge.

About you:
  • You will need to have a proven track record in project management, be a high energy and a dynamic individual with the following:
  • A breadth of experience leading concurrent, complex, multi-discipline projects across the full lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in order to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Ingeus senior leadership.
  • Extensive project planning experience where you’ve created, owned and driven teams to complete engagements on time and within budget.
  • Experience of proactively identifying and managing project risks and issues.
  • A strong customer service approach, committed to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities, and the ability to flex priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and composed without compromising on quality or deadlines, particularly in complex risk scenarios.
  • Strong energy for leading delivery teams including situations when they are geographically dispersed.
  • Ability to take personal responsibility for delivery, demonstrating self-accountability for outcomes and taking ownership of actions and problems and following through to resolution.
  • Confidence, empathy, common sense and pragmatism.
