Our client are a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Project Manager to jpoin their team. This is a permanent role for an experienced Pm to join an established team working for a market leader in their field. The Successful applicant will be required to come on board and provide efficient management of liaison between Fire Safety and delivery teams. Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and seamless production, management and delivery of specifications and tenders resulting from fire risk assessments and fire safety concerns.
The client is looking for someone to take responsibilty for in-depth/extensive experience required in the production of specifications and manage the procurement process for major fire safety works in relation to specification and tenders; as well as and working knowledge of Building Regulations With particular reference to ADB and RRFSO (2005).
You willl be a RICS certified construction Project Manager ideally with experience of working within a public sector / construction environment.
