Project Manager - Construction, Salary: Up to c£45k + car & Benefits, Based; South East with extensive travel covering the area

We require an experienced Project Manager to work for a leading construction company who specialise in off-site construction / Modular building solutions. The purpose of the role is to manage allocated projects ensuring that they are delivered on time to budget and comply with all statutory Legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Project Manager for modular building, specialist or reputable building contractor and have experience of managing contracts of between £100k and £1m in value. The successful Project Manager will ideally be degree educated or have a relevant qualification and be IT literate on Microsoft products including MS Project.

Key duties for the role will be to ensure that all key deadlines are achieved, quality of work is of a very high standard and establish good relationships with clients and all key stakeholders with a view to securing repeat business. It is important that you make sure that all allocated projects are completed on time to a good standard and within budget and that Customer experience is excellent and reflected within their NPS score. The project Manager is responsible for coordinating the Installation process, managing subcontractors, raisin requisitions and coordinating the works ensuring that works are completed on time and to budget. Also responsible for programming the works, providing the business with regular updates and chair meetings (Internal and External).
