Are you a Project Manager or Programme Manager who loves Business Change?
Our Reinsurance client is undergoing a period of Digital transformation / Change and requires a Project Manager / Programme Manager to help design, manage and support business change activity within the Corporate Service division.


If you enjoy the business and people side of change, this could be the role for you. Of course, you will be expected to pick up responsibility for the responsibilities below, but this role really needs someone with excellent soft skills, to achieve our clients aims.

This role will include:

  • Contributing to identification and design of business change initiatives.
  • Managing individual projects.
  • Providing guidance and best practice to projects being run within business Divisions.
  • Undertaking project progress and budget reporting across the full portfolio of projects.
  • Supporting the design, implementation and delivery of Management Information and Reporting to drive improved performance across the business and understand impact of change initiatives.
  • Play a key role in driving BAU operational performance.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Use business experience to work with the Operations Director and wider executive team to identify business change initiatives and contribute to design and planning.
  • Project manage major change initiatives (e.g. developing project plans, running action logs, progress reporting, risk analysis) which will usually span multiple Divisions/functions.
  • Be a source of guidance and best practice for smaller scale projects managed within the business divisions and assist in problem solving / solution identification.
  • Provide support to project steering groups and senior stakeholders / governance bodies.
  • Handover of projects to "business as usual" where required.
  • Develop and implement Management Information to enhance Executive Leadership Team's understanding of operational business performance and to allow identification of improvement areas / success of change initiatives.
  • Manage and track the delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Co-ordinate Corporate Services annual plan/budget production.


Ideally you will have experience of working within the Insurance, Reinsurance or Broking as a Project Manager, Programme Manager with Business Change experience.
