Project Manager - Building Management Systems

Our client is a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider with an impressive portfolio of contracts across the UK. They are a global, award winning company with a rapidly expanding business.

Required is an experienced Project Manager to work with clients and define Building Management Systems (BMS) Projects, You will develop excellent business cases for client approval and to secure funding. 

You will deliver projects including: 

  • Scheduling activities
  • Managing budgets
  • Controlling quality of deliverables
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Managing specialist consultants and subcontractors
  • Working with and managing deliverables from the client’s other contractors
  • Being the client’s point of contact
  • Progress reporting and meetings

In addition, you will ensure a “zero harm” approach to Health & Safety, identify BMS opportunities for growth and support FM team with programme delivery.

The successful candidate will have a lead 10 years Project Management experience with a relevant technical/engineering qualification (minimum HND level). You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a BMS related role, experience of trend BMS systems and a Project Management qualification.
