Project Manager £45K - £50K - Immediate Start
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a busy team, working for a market-leading global organisation based in central Brighton
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing multi-disciplinary projects, in particular building alterations, refurbishments, moves and plant upgrades.
Experience in the following is also essential:
- Managing Health & Safety issues within facilities projects
- Working knowledge of CDM Regulations and their practical implementation
- Change control
- JCT contracts
- Financial appraisal and budget monitoring
You will be responsible for managing the execution of facilities improvement projects across the portfolio from inception to handover to completion.
You will be working in conjunction with the Health and Safety Manager and Auditor to ensure full compliance of Health and Safety Legislation.
To be successful in this role, you must be versatile, self-motivated and with the ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
