DAYS / HOURS: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm / 37.5hrs

DURATION: Decemeber 2018

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Programme Manager to manage and deliver the Mobilisation of the Thames Valley Liaison and Diversion in line with the successful bid. The post holder will be required to manage and coordinate number of work streams and will have experience of managing complex projects involving number of key stakeholders and agencies.

Experience in delivering projects within Health or Criminal Justice

The role of the Programme Manager would work with partner agencies/sub-contractors and relevant Directorates to cover the following key areas:
Support, lead and/or direct colleagues with capability and working practices in delivering the project outputs in line with agreed timelines and budgets. The Programme Manager will develop operational processes to ensure robust coordination and alignment across the service in the delivery of its mobilisation plan and manage the Project Sub-Groups.

Managing the set-up and delivery of projects subgroups, responsible for working with colleagues and subject matter experts on the strategic planning, scoping, design and the delivery.

The Programme Manager will need a strong background in programme and project delivery as well as a proven expertise and ability to actively respond to changing demands and pressures. The role will need to combine programme and project management with the skills of subject matter experts to ensure in delivering a high quality programme.
