Project Management Team Leader

Join innogy and lead our Offshore Wind divisions Project Management Pool team as a Project Management Team Leader based in Swindon and help us shape the future of renewable energy with a pioneering spirit.

Role Description
You will lead our UK Project Management Pool  and ensure Innogy is fully capable of delivering Offshore Wind global growth strategy by supporting our projects in development, construction and operational phases.  Having the ability to ensure the right breadth and depth of project management competence in each project is key to the successful delivery of all the projects.
By identifying, recording and implementing best practise in a continuous improvement based culture you will export project management ‘know how’ to markets in new countries when working with existing and new joint venture partners.

Skills and Experience
We would like you to have significant experience of working on large construction projects and it would really help if this included Offshore Wind Projects.  You will be educated up to degree level and be a proven leader who is able to connect and motivate their teams.  You will have a commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail,  an ability to understand and solve a diverse range of challenges, have a strong customer focus and a passion and energy for performance.
