Project Management Officer
Venn Group are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced PMO on a temporary contract with an established public sector organisation. The role can be based in either Leeds or Sheffield.
The post holder must have prior experience in assisting in the delivery of projects and be able to independently prioritise tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner. In addition, an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables is essential.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- To take detailed meeting minutes
- To manage diaries and booked travel and accommodation as and when required
- To assist the timely delivery of projects
- To build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- To produce documentation and reports as required
