To manage the project financials of Link Fund Solutions, while looking to improve processes across Link Fund Solutionsand support in ad hoc work.
Accountabilities & main responsibilities:
•Prepare monthly project reporting.
•Post and manage CAPEX budget.
•Manage relationships with PM and other project stakeholders.
•Sit in on project meetings and chair finance slide(s) in the Project Review Board meeting.
•Produce monthly KPIs.
•Constantly search for process improvements across Link Fund Solutions.
•Assist with fulfilling year-end audit requirements where projects are concerned.
•Assist with transformational work as and when required.
•Prepare management accounts & provide finance support as required for a new business being set up.
•Assist in the production of monthly Group reporting.
•Liaise with external auditors as and when required.
•Assist with other ad hoc tasks as and when.
•Must have advanced Excel skills.
•Must have strong interpersonal/communication skills.
•Must be self-motivated, with the ability to self-organise.
•Must have experience in a management accounts role.
•Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
•Financial Services experience.
•Experience of SAP.
