About the Role:
We're looking for a Project Governance Framework Advisor to join a leading organisation. In this role, you'll design and implement a governance framework that ensures successful delivery of projects across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. You'll help improve how change initiatives are managed whether they're large strategic programmes or smaller improvement project's focusing on quality, time, cost, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to create a governance framework that fits different project types and sizes.
• Document the framework in Confluence so it's clear, easy to use, and simple to maintain.
• Create visuals (like diagrams) to explain how portfolio management connects with project delivery processes.
• Develop checklists and templates for roles like Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
• Replace outdated tools and ensure the framework works for all business units not just Group Technology.
• Set up clear ownership for maintaining the framework between teams.
• Gather feedback from users to continuously improve the framework.
• Run workshops or training sessions to help teams adopt the new framework effectively.
