Project & Event Coordinator
Salary up to £24,000 + bonus & bens
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to work on corporate projects and events. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and planning skills together with some previous experience of organising business or training events.
Working on behalf of clients you will be involved in organising conferences and training programmes in the UK and Europe. Duties will include booking venues, organising speakers, managing delegates, liaising with suppliers and clients, organising travel and accommodation. You will also need to prepare meeting materials, track project costs and control timelines together with coordinating and quality checking display or communication materials.
The position is likely to suit a graduate with some experience in B2B events, communications, or project coordination. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills with proficiency in MS Office and a keen eye for detail.
