Due to company growth our client, an international engineering company, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to work with the Programme Manager with responsibility for managing the development and integration of new products and product improvements from concept, through definition and to implementation.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Develop and drive project plans through to completion.
Delivery of technical projects within budget and project schedule.
Interface with development team, customers and suppliers as required.
Manage the NPI team to deliver the planned projects.
Promote new ideas and product innovation.
You will need:
Minimum BSc in Engineering or Science related subject.
Minimum of five years proven Project Management experience in an electrical or mechanical engineering manufacturing environment.
Organised and self-motivated.
Ability to use initiative and communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to prioritise.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Based in Lymington with salary £DoE, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, benefits package and free parking available.
