Project Engineer - 12-month Fix term contract (£25-£27 per hour)

As a business my client is currently growing at an exciting pace and we will soon have an additional production facility, St Athan, located in South Wales. Construction of the new production facility in St Athan in now in phase II which involves converting the decommissioned MOD super hangars into our new manufacturing plant.

The opportunity
Due to a recent expansion of a prestigious automotive brand, the need for a Project Engineer has arisen to work alongside the contracting partner to oversee the installation and facilitation of the St Athan site

Your purpose
You will have extensive experience in the construction or Facilities engineering industry, with direct working knowledge of CDM: Constructions, design management and JCT contracts; with the ability to Read and interpret CAD drawing previously on manufacturing projects.
As part of your role you will be required to work alongside the Project management of construction partner, liaising with MOD and Welsh Government.

Where the role fits within the team:
You will report in to the Manager on site, at the St Athans for the fixed term of 12 months
Ideal candidates background - essential /desired:
Construction, facilities with manufacturing projects. Automotive exp highly desired.
