Sales & Project Coordinator

Annual Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Our client is looking for a Sales & Project Coordinator with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, team-oriented, and excels in sales and project coordination.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Process sales enquiries and send out quotes.
• Handle enquiries over the telephone and via email.
• Assist with researching and gathering information both online and in-house.
• Produce quotations and supporting information for clients.
• Follow up on enquiries via telephone and email.
• Manage all sales-related administration tasks.
• Update internal spreadsheets and secure multi-year deals.
• Support the Marketing team with content creation.
• Assist the Sales & Projects Team with live events, including producing job files, ordering site items, liaising with crew and operations teams, requesting designs and calculations, preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Collating all drawings and health & safety information
• Agreeing additional work with clients
• Ensuring projects stay within budget, booking accommodation and travel, and booking necessary plant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service, organisation, and time management skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail for precise data entry.
• Excellent telephone manner and proficiency in using computers, Excel, and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team, creating own deadlines and managing own workload.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday working on a rota basis (May to November), paid in addition to the basic salary
• One late night until 8 PM on a rota basis (May to October), paid in addition to the basic salary
