Our client who offers a broad portfolio of cloud based services including Microsoft Lync, and Broadworks for hosted telephony is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator to support their continued expansion. You will be responsible for working within the project team. You will need to have worked previously within a project team with a SaaS background.

As a project coordinator you will be working in a dynamic an forward thinking business where your contribution will be recognised and where you will have the opportunity to directly impact the businesses success. You should have a good balance between technical, project management and commercial skills with the ability to win the confidence and respect of the customer and your colleagues.

The role of Project Coordinator is to assist the project manager in the planning, executing and finalisation of projects according to strict deadlines and within budgets. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the effort of team members and third party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will also assist in defining the projects objectives and oversee certain deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

You must have a minimum of 2 years direct work experience in a project environment, including all aspects of process development and execution, working in a technical telecoms project management environment.

  • Ideally you will be a Prince2 practitioner or be in the process of achieving this.
  • Competent and proficient understanding of IT projects and ideally hosted telephony, including VoIP, Lync and or Broadworks

You will be able to form close working relationships with the customer community, sub-contractors and manufacturers.

You must have excellent client facing communication skills, with a pro-active attitude to do what it takes to deliver projects on time and budget.

You must have the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and to be able to undertake correctly all general requirements in accordance with company policies, procedures and instructions this includes but isn't limited to

  • Communication
