Project Coordinator
3 month contract (rolling)
£12.66 per hour

Your New Role
Working for a leading telecoms company, you will undertake administrative, reporting and co-ordination activities, on behalf of and under the supervision of, Project or Programme Managers. Able to undertake the management of small scale projects as directed by the project manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project administration activities and documentation management
  • Collaborates with others to ensure reports, management information & communications are correctly collated and presented to the relevant stakeholders
  • Provides useful and accurate interpretation of project data and able to produce status reports including trend analysis and future demand views
  • Identifies gaps or overlaps in the project or programme schedule and suggests appropriate actions to address these
  • Able to progress & follow-up actions with project team members
  • Provides input into project & programme communications
  • Monitors effectiveness of project management methodology

Required Skills/Experience

  • Good working knowledge of project / programme management methodologies
  • Good presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Strong MSOffice skills, especially Powerpoint & Excel
  • Experience of supporting project & programme managers in complex technical environment
  • Good working knowledge of project / programme management methodologies
  • Forward-thinking and takes a holistic view
  • Self-motivated, well-organised and self-reliant
  • Strong analytical, interpretation and reporting skills
  • Exposure to working with stakeholders at a senior level
  • Working towards project management or equivalent industry qualification
