£9.23 per hour 37.5 hour week per week
As the Project Coordinator you will have a proven track record in Project coordination within a pharmaceutical or general manufacturing environment and must have a science degree apprenticeship or logistics or service company.
Strong communication and organisational skills are required with a high level of competency with IT packages such as Microsoft office and MS Project.
The role will suit a graduate with a couple of years’ experience or a very experienced administrator with a project management back ground.
The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator will be to liaise and maintain a good working relationship with the internal customers and support the departmental heads to deliver the projects and service on time. Liaise with all locations overseas this will be with the engineers,
Reporting directly head of the projects team to the you will be responsible for minuting of all projects meetings and ensuring that there is awareness of all issues related to the projects in hand.
On a daily basis you will be
- Follow up on assigned tasks in support of the project managers
- Track time lines in support of project managers post documents as needed
- Become proficient in the ERP system and update accordingly
- Potentially dependent on experience and skills may have the opportunity to run small projects.
