Charity Talent are recruiting for a Homeless Charity based in London. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to start asap. This is a temporary position ending at the end of May, with a possible extension.
As the Project Coordinator you will be reporting to the Director of Research and Policy you work with the staff and management team to establish and maintain clear and efficient contract tracking, improve client relationship and invoicing systems, help develop the offer to potential customers and identify market opportunities. You will review and archive existing records and contracts.
The Project Coordinator will ensure systems are compliant with data protection legislation. Set up and manage client contact lists using Mailchimp. Identify and chase outstanding invoices. Help to develop a standardised pricing system. Standardise customer contracts. Set up sustainable record-keeping and filing systems. Help with identifying new business opportunities and developing marketing strategy.
A keen eye for detail
Good numeracy skills
Experience in business development, preferable in the health, charity or similar environment
Ability to work across teams and manage relationships between commissioners, providers and clients
