The role will provide support to Project Managers and will ensure the smooth running of the projects department.
Key areas of responsibility include;
• An administrative contact within the project department for project related work
• Gaining supplier quotes to achieve cost saving
• Health and safety documentation
• Arranging plant hire and off hire for projects
• Managing the procurement of the projects that have been assigned
• Assist in the creation of technical submittals
• Raising Permits
• Uploading documentation to customer portals
• Phone and Office cover
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have some previous office administration experience. Full training will be provided.
