Our client an education facility based in Slough are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join them for 6 months.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Organisation and administration of events, training and other project activities
  • Compiling information and reporting on project activity - verbally and in writing
  • Communicating with internal and external project stakeholders
  • Attending meetings and events to promote the project
  • Compiling marketing materials and copy to promote the project
  • Liaising with team members over updating of web and social media platforms
  • Arranging appointments with employers by phone
  • Handling all incoming calls to the service
  • Handling all web and email enquiries to the service


The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Project based experience
  • Ability to build and grow a network
  • Experience of network at events
  • A creative flair
  • Some experience of working within the education sector is advantageous but not essential.

Job Offer

Ongoing 6 month contract
