A Global medical device company based in Hull is looking to add a project support specialist to their team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2 years + experience to work for a well reputable global company.
The main responsibilities of this role is to support three teams within this company, this will include but not be limited to:
Managing administrative duties
Raising purchase orders/invoicing
Reviewing promotional materials
The ideal candidate will have experience working with all aspects of MS office including excel, word and PowerPoint. They will have also worked with a finance/procurement software. The ideal candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable speaking with team members across mutual geographical locations.
