This is an exciting opportunity to join the project management team of an international business, Carestream Dental. As a Project Coordinator you will be dealing with orders for customers, working with engineers and booking in installations and training. This is an opportunity to join a leading edge company in the dental technology field.
You may be currently working in administration, part of a project team or have the requirements to move into the role. You will able to demonstrate you that you are able to work in a demanding environment and meet timelines for the projects installations. Each day will be bring different challenges and tasks.
You will be given full training.
In this role you will communicate with internal teams and customers, solve problems and have control of the project logistics. The main responsibilities are:
To liaise with the customers to arrange installation and training dates informing the customer about the order.
To ensure a smooth installation and training process and to follow the standard workflow procedure.
To liaise with the trainers and engineers to ensure that they are fully informed of the requirements of the practice.
To order the necessary equipment from various suppliers and build up a rapport with these suppliers.
The requirements for this Project Coordinator position are:
Be able to demonstrate you can coordinate work/projects
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Have previous experience of working an office/commercial environment
Be able to build to strong relationships
Minimum of 5 GCSE's at C and above or equivalent / NVQ level 3.
