SF Group are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Coordinator for their client based in Castle Donington. The client offer on site parking, 25 days holiday as well as a friendly, approachable team.
The Project Coordinator will get involved in a variety of duties supporting a specific team within the company. This is an integral role within the business and therefore requires the successful candidate to be involved in many different tasks at once.
The successful candidate will assist with clients and any queries that they may have, prepare detailed quotations, presentations and other general correspondence, assist with purchase and sales orders, arrange deliveries, process paperwork and monitor invoices, keep the system up to date, answer in-coming calls, visit various sites, deal with event budgets, create weekly reports for various orders and other general office administration tasks.
This is a brilliant, varied and busy role ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be required to work 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, must have very strong administration skills and experience of dealing with customers and clients.
