Our client, a renowned institute, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to assist our Project Manager in coordinating project activities and general office management. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for settling timeframes for the projects, assisting the Project Manager in regards to the progress of projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the desire to work in an administrative role with an element of creativity. The Project Coordinator will be an excellent multitasker, with a background in research, higher education, membership or charity.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Create course content, including activity pages and supporting programme delivery
Respond to inquiries, process applications and maintain accurate records
Support the production of online and print communication platforms to ensure information is updated and made available to relevant audiences
Support the implementation and delivery of programmes, including keeping accurate database records, formatting submissions and updating website information
Scheduling meetings, recording decisions and taking minutes
Deal with telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries from students, graduates and academics and practitioners
Complete ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
Project Coordinator Key Skills and Experience:
A degree in a relevant discipline such as Computing or Business Administration
Previous experience as a project administrator or similar roles
Must be confident with technology or able to learn quickly
A professional and logical approach to problem solving
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail
