Project Coordinator - Temp - Christchurch - £12 per hour DOE

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the requesting, liaising, organising and supporting all aspects of gathering and maintaining up-to-date records for all products. This will assist in ensuring products are available on time, at the right quality, meeting industry legislative requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with other departments to support the Quality relationship with suppliers
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all Quality activity, update spreadsheets and records accordingly
  • Assist with providing quality support to internal depts. taking appropriate actions as required
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers and manufacturers
  • Other ad-hoc administration as required


  • Results orientated
  • Able to demonstrate work experience in a busy environment
  • Ability to collate, follow and maintain project plans
  • Familiar and solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally
  • Commercial in approach and savvy with getting the right outcomes
  • Self-motivated with good analogical skills and well organised

This role is a temporary role for 3 months based within the Purchasing team.
