This team of recruiters specialise in working with their client partners and hiring overseas nurses for multiple NHS trusts. Overseas nursing recruitment is a long process, the clients need managing through it, the candidates need regular communication and updates. As such this role in recruitment is a rare one. Essentially the main purpose of this role is to coordinate a full end to end communication for both new and existing client relationships.

From inception of each non-EEA project you will be communicating between client, third party agents, candidate co-ordinators and the compliance team. Thus, ensuring a smooth transition from interview to deployment to the U.K based employer. The non-EEA recruitment process has many components, and each must be managed effectively to ensure that a candidate relocates and takes up post within a timely manner. It’s a long and complex process and takes an eye for detail.

From time to time this Job will incorporate travelling to client premises as well as interview events that are conducted within the UK.

Diary management and organisational skills are essential as this role is multi faceted and not purely to facilitate events.

As the conduit for all communication between the client and the recruitment teams you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining team energy for each event ensuring that all parties have the correct information to recruit effectively and deliver on time and in full.

Your communication and relationship management skills will be the key to success as you will be the first line communication for any concerns or issues that arise.
