Reed Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a key Project Coordinator to join our client based in Yeovil to cover an upcoming maternity leave contract.

Key duties will include:

• Provide a full account management service for a national key account, managing all orders and projects and updating relevant parties on a daily basis
• Use excel spreadsheets to manage service needs and allocate correct costings to clients projects
• Chase various internal departments and external contacts to gain updates on delivery times, costings and deadlines
• Communicate with end users to get feedback on the quality of product and service received
• Conduct regular review meetings with client to assess service level

Key skills required for this role include:

• Previous account management, project management or relationship management experience is desirable
• Experience of managing the complex and changing needs of service delivery projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organised and calm under pressure
• Fully conversant with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
