Project Coordinator / Implementer (London - UK) 1768

We require a dynamic individual who is comfortable working with and advising an array of client staff from Directors through to Operational teams. To this end, exceptional communication skills are a pre-requisite, together with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of costing and financial appraisals.

As a Project Coordinator / Implementer, you will be working closely with our Operations Director and clients in identifying, managing and implementing performance improvement opportunities including:

  • Major demobilisation and mobilisation of external supplier contracts.

  • Embed a new contract management approach, processes and framework within the compliance and Supplier’s R&M workstreams

  • Manage change and work within a team to deliver requirements of project.

  • Ensuring that the contracts are delivered to the value that has been identified at procurement/negotiation level.

    We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have project management experience and a proven track record in delivering successful assignments, ideally in Housing Repairs environment.

  • Are results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organised.

  • Can manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

  • Analyse complex problems, deliver insightful and practical solutions.

  • Use analytical tools to solve process issues.

  • Ideally have consulting or high level operational experience.

  • Are educated to A-level or equivalent, a degree qualification is desirable.

  • Have strong experience and preferably qualifications in one or more of the following: Procurement/Supply Chain, Business Processes, Project Management.

  • Have strong leadership qualities.

  • Can proficiently use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and are highly IT literate.

  • Experience within social housing essential.

    Additional information:

  • Full flexibility required to travel and work away from home as required, clean driving licence and car are essential
