Your new company

A well established organisation, based in Glasgow city centre, is now looking to secure a temporary project coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract.

Your new role

Your new role will be based with a well known organisation based in Glasgow city centre. You will be part of a leading project.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a confident project coordinator who has previous experience working as part of a small team and working to tight deadlines. Working previously within a technology or science based project would be a distinct advantage.

You will be an organised individual who has the ability to coordinate diaries, attend meetings, take notes or minutes, circulate action points a well as chase urgent action items. You will often be the first point of contact for the team and deal with first line enquiries, filtering and escalating where appropriate. As the project progresses you will be confident in anticipating delays and and suggesting 'work-arounds'.
