Project Coordinator/Administrator - Signage

Want to work for a Dynamic Signage Solutions company? Looking for a role which has clear set plans for your progression?
I am working with a Branding and Signage Solutions Specialist in the Greater Manchester area who are actively looking for an Account Handler to join their team with a view to progress into a Project Manager within the near future.
As an Project Coordinator / Administrator, you will be responsible for handling internal and incoming queries from Clients plus;
oInput customer orders onto the internal system using Clarity MIS Software
oProvide consultative advice on the best method of production and substrates to use for varying projects
oProvide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects
oLiaise with Production and suppliers to understand the costs and timings of projects
oHandle incoming sales queries and encourage repeat custom

As Project Coordinator / Administrator you will have the following;
oAbility to coordinate a variety of tasks at any one time, where you can prioritise relevant tasks to meet client requirements
oExperience liaising with clients, Production Staff and external suppliers for costing and negotiations etc
oDrive to progress within the company and develop skill set further
oEstimating experience using Clarity would be hugely beneficial
