Project / Contract Manager

Project / Contract Manager required for excellent opportunity with a well established and growing developer based in Tunbridge Wells. ££55 - £65k plus flexible package and bonus scheme.

We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager looking for a varied and challenging role with a regional business. New build experience of residential new builds, fit outs and refurbishments is required.

Our client is a well established building arm of an entrepreneurial business based in Tunbridge Wells. The development arm are know for buying interesting land and property and turning them into functional housing developments often with aspects of new build and refurbishment. Projects can be anything from a few units like a conversion of a old house, through to large developments of 20 plus stand alone units on reclaimed land.

Due to continued expansion the client is looking to employ a permanent Project manager to look after anything up to 5 or 6 local sites, depending on value and complexity of build.

Candidates will need

  • Prior experience of building similar projects
  • A demonstrable track record of using Project Management systems to create and manage budgets, time lines, variations, action logs, and regular progress reports.
  • Extensive experience of managing diverse project teams.
  • Experience of working with architects, interior designers, structural engineers and conveyencers
  • Commercially aware
