Our client who manufacture and supply QUALITY BESPOKE DOORS & WINDOWS are looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator for a new position based at theirsales office in the Buckinghamshire region.


You will be joining a dynamic and commercially driven close knit team, in a fun, but highly focussed environment, where everyone is truly passionate about delivering the very best service and products, committed to helping the business continue to grow and expand.


Working closely with Estimators, Designers and Sales, you will be responsible for following projects through from initial order, coordinating the procedures, to final delivery and installation stage. You will be liaising with customers, architects, manufacturing departments, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet the high standards set by the company.


  • You will be an experienced project co-ordinator, with a background in aluminium windows and doors, facades, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling or related sub-contract industries, able to hit the ground running and start to make a real contribution from day one.
  • A dynamic, driven and ambitious professional, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, you will be keen to develop and progress your career.
  • Numerate and PC literate, you must have good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with excellent attention to detail, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You must have a sound knowledge of CAD tools, VINCAD / AX knowledge would also be beneficial.
  • You will be able to read and understand architects drawings / plans, and you will therefore most likely have some form of construction or building related experience, possibly as an Project Co-ordinator, Scheduler, Order Processor, Internal Sales Coordinator, Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, Surveyor or similar.

LOCATION Based at the company’s UK office in Milton Keynes, you must already be living within easy commuting distance, or be willing to relocate at your own expense.

HOURS Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday, 8.30am to 3.00pm.

SALARY£25,000 - £30,000.
